Passed away April 4, 2014
George P. Burckhard, formerly of Ossining, passed away Friday, April 4, 2014, surrounded by his family. He was 58. George was the son of Joseph and Mary (nee Hand) Burckhard.
He is survived by his wife Debbie; his two sons Joseph (Lauren) and Charles; daughter Kelly; brothers Gerry (Peggy), Joseph (Nancy) and Kevin (Winnie); sisters Marybeth (Dave) and Barbara (Jeff); sister-in-law Amy; granddaughters Ellen and Ava; and many nieces and nephews. George’s brother Paul predeceased him.
George was a life long member of Washington Hook and Ladder Company of the Ossining Fire Department. He worked as a school bus driver for the Hudson Valley Bus Company.
GEORGE LIVED HIS LIFE FOR HIS TWO BEAUTIFUL GRANDDAUGHTERS.
