Visiting hours will be held Tuesday from 2-4 ' 7-9 PM at Dorsey. The funeral service will be held Wednesday at 10:00 AM at Trinity Episcopal Church, 7 South Highland Ave., Ossining. The interment will follow at Dale Cemetery.

Carl Barrows a longtime resident of Ossining and former resident of Mt. Kisco passed away Sunday Nov. 24, 2013. Carl was born in Mt. Kisco on December 25, 1929 and was the son of the late Arthur and Astrid (Noren) Barrows. He was 83.
Carl attended Mt. Kisco Schools and was a Veteran of the U.S. Army during the Korean War. He married Betty Sherwood on Oct. 3, 1954. He was a member of the American Legion Post # 136 in Mt. Kisco. He was a retired buyer with Readers Digest.
Carl is survived by his wife Betty (Sherwood); his two daughters Jan and Judy; 3 grandchildren Stephen and Robert Belcher and Karley Ryan.
