Luis A. Segarra, a resident of Ossining, passed away Tuesday March 20, 2018.
Luis was born in Rio Piedras, Puerto Rico on October 15, 1942 and was the son of the late Eduardo Segarra and Maria Ortiz. He was 75.
Luis is survived by his wife Denys Garcia and his daughter Iara Segarra.
