Viola A. Williams March 24, 1921 - December 12 2011 Viola A. Williams a longtime resident of Ossining, passed away Monday, December 12, 2011. Viola was born in Montego Bay, Jamaica on March 24, 1921. Viola was a private duty nurse's aide in Westchester and a communicant of St Ann's Church in Ossining. Mrs. Williams is survived by her nine children; Roy, Vinnel Gaynor, Derrick, Alvin, Nora, Carmen Beckford, Donald, Christine and Milton; twenty-seven grandchildren; forty-six great grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband Clifford in 2002; her daughter Venice in 2010 and two grandchildren. Visiting hours will be held on Thursday 2-4 and 7-9pm at Dorsey Funeral Home in Ossining. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday at 10am at St Ann's Church in Ossining. The interment will follow at St Augustine Cemetery in Ossining.
