Vincent Cafarchio May 24, 1936 - February 24, 2011 Vincent Cafarchio, a resident of Ossining and former resident of Yonkers passed away suddenly on Thursday, February 24, 2011 at Phelps Memorial Hospital. Vincent was born in NY City on May 24, 1936 and was the son of Michelangelo and Rose (Locantore) Cafarchio. He was 74. Vincent served in the Army National Guard from 1958-1963. He was very active with St. Augustine's Parish where he served as a Eucharistic Minister. He was also a volunteer with Phelps Memorial Hospital. Vincent is survived by his loving wife of 48 years, Sandy; his children Michael (Joanne), Laura (Gary) Altieri; his 3 granddaughters Taylor and Madison Altieri and Katelyn Cafarchio. Visiting hours will be held Friday (today) from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. The Funeral Mass (Celebration of Life) will be held on Saturday 10:00 AM at St. Augustine's Church, www.staugustineossining.org.
