Owen J. Donohue Sr. March 2, 1918 - April 18, 2004 Owen J. Donohue Sr. a lifelong resident of Ossining died Sunday April 18, 2004. Owen was born in Ossining on March 2, 1918 and was the son of James and Mary Donohue. He was 85. Owen was a graduate of Ossining High School and was a Sergeant in the U.S. Army during WW II and stationed in the South Pacific and Japan. He was a retired Assembler at General Motors and was an ex-captain and 44 year member of the Independent Hose Co. #6 of the Ossining Fire Department. Own is survived by his son Owen Jr., his grandchildren Michelle, Owen III and Brian and his great granddaughter Brianna. His wife Mary predeceased him on August 11, 1985. Visiting hours will be held on Tuesday from 7-9 PM and on Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9 PM. The funeral mass will be held on Thursday at __ AM with the interment to follow at St. Augustine Cemetery.
