Margaret D. Brigham

Margaret D. Brigham January 15, 1909 - October 31, 2010 Margaret D. Brigham of Ossining passed away Sunday October 31, 2010. She was 101 and was a resident of Ossining since 1928. Mrs. Brigham worked at Briarcliff Realty Co. for 15 years and at Briarcliff College (now Pace) for 27 years. She was born in Briarcliff Manor on January 15, 1909 to Ellis and Augusta Kallop Distel. She attended Briarcliff Schools and Butlers Business School in Yonkers. On August 2, 1928 she married William C. Brigham of Ossining. Her husband died in 1981. Mrs. Brigham was a member of the Ossining Historical Society, Ossining Senior Citizens and Golden Agers Club. Survivors include many nieces, nephews and cousins. Visiting hours will be held 2-4 & 7-9PM on Tuesday. The services will be held on Wednesday at 10 AM at Dorsey Funeral Home Inc. Interment will follow at Dale Cemetery.
