Edward S. Petrovich March 13, 1931 - July 20, 2010 Edward S. Petrovich a former longtime Ossining resident passed away on Tuesday July 20, 2010 in Murrell Inlet, SC. Edward was born in N. Tarrytown on March 13, 1931 and was the son of Thomas and Mary (Jussay) Petrovich. Edward was 79. Edward served in the National Guard during the Korean War. Edward was a retired truck driver with Fuer Trucking and the Flo-Sweet. He was a member of the Elks, Moose and the American Legion. Edward was a parishioner of St. Michael's Church Murrell Inlet. Mr. Petrovich is survived by his children Edward (Robin), Sharon (Peter) Rubeo, Thomas (Christine) and Steven (Wendy); his brothers Thomas (Valarie) and William (Linda); his longtime friend Lucille Simerly; his 11 grandchildren Amanda, Peter, Daniel, Stephanie, David, Stacey, Samantha, Nicole, Allison, Danielle and Julia. Edward was predeceased by former wife June (Gallery) and his brother George. Visiting hours will be held on Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday at 10:00 AM at St. Augustine's Church. Interment Sleepy Hollow Cemetery.
