Riley Elmore Saper passed away June 11, 2010 Riley Elmore Saper of Ossining, NY died on Friday, June 11, 2010 at the age of 13 after a valiant struggle with leukemia. In a show of his determination and despite his illness, Riley, a straight A student, just last week completed the requirements to finish 7th grade on time and with the rest of his class. An enthusiastic Yankee fan and avid reader, Riley's interests were wide-ranging, including architecture, music and nature. He is survived by his parents, Laura Elmore and Jeff Saper, both of Ossining, and his sisters Shelby and Jenna. Visiting hours will be held at Dorsey Funeral Home on Monday from 4-8 pm. A Memorial Service will be held Tuesday at 4:00 pm at Scarborough Presbyterian Church, 655 Scarborough Road & Route 9, Scarborough, NY 10510.
