Maria Filomena Carreira May 28, 1959 - April 29, 2010 Maria Filomena Carreira ­ a resident of Ossining passed away Thursday, April 29, 2010 surrounded by her family. Maria was born in Porto De Mos, Portugal on May 28, 1959 and was the daughter of Joao and Maria (Purificacao Viera) Marques. She was 50. Maria was a communicant of St. Ann's Church and a member of the Portuguese Club of Ossining. Mrs. Carreira is survived by her husband Adelino, her children Michael and Jessica, her two sisters Lurdes and Rosario; two brothers Salvador and Helder. Her brothers and sisters in laws and nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brother Julio and her sister Carmo and her parents. Visiting hours will be held Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm with the Funeral Mass Monday at 10:00 am at St. Ann's Church. Entombment Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
