Joan Marie Caterino

Joan Marie Caterino October 30, 1939 - August 25, 2009 Joan Marie Caterino, a lifelong resident of Ossining, passed away Wednesday August 25, 2009, at the age of 69. She was born October 30, 1939, daughter of John and Mary Caterino. She graduated Ossining High School in 1957, and attended Pace University. She served as an executive assistant at The Primerica Corporation, and later as a real estate agent at Coldwell Banker. She was an active community member, and proudly served several terms as president of the PTA Council. She was a prize-winning dancer, avid cook and gardener, and had a passion for travel. She was a loving mother, daughter, sister, and aunt, and is survived by her son, Brian, her sister, Catherine, and many nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be held Saturday, September 5 at 11 am, at St. Augustine's Church. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in her name to the charity of your choice.
