She is survived by her son Duval Cellai (Janine) and her grandchildren : Amanda DuBois (Roger), Carlo Cellai (Rose Marie),Michele Cellai (Max), Lisa Cellai (Ronald) and great grandchildren : Brandon, Briana, Bradley, Carlo, Anthony, Domenic. She was predeceased by her parents Domenic and Angelina (Ferrugiaro) Costa, her 1st husband Valerio Cellai and 2nd husband Paul Buhl. Plebe was an RN for over 40 years. A member of the League of Women Voters, Ossining Library, Ossining Historical Society, and avid hiker and world traveler.
