Angelo Soprano Sr. February 26, 1920 - December 31, 2008 Angelo Soprano Sr. a formerly of Ossining and presently of Putnam Valley passed away Wednesday December 31, 2008. Angelo was born on February 26, 1920 in Sassinoro, Italy and is survived by his wife of 68 years Madeline; his two daughters Natalina (Cosmo) Amodei and Irene (Joseph) Lopez; his son Angelo; his brother Nicola (Elena) Soprano; his sister Onerina Narciso; 5 grandchildren; several great grandchildren; 21 nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his sister Pasqualina Alteri Angelo was a retired boilermaker with the Metro North Railroad. He also owned and operated the Soprano's Pinesbridge Nursery in the 1970's. Visiting hours will be held on Sunday from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 PM with the funeral mass on Monday at 12 noon at St. Ann's Church. The Interment will follow at St. Augustine's Cemetery.
