Winifred M. Breen November 7, 1926 - October 5, 2008 Winifred M. Breen a longtime resident of Ossining passed away on Sunday October 5, 2008 after a long illness. Winifred was born in Yonkers on November 7, 1926 and was the daughter of Joseph and Winifred Meehan. She was 81. Winifred married Theodore Breen Sr. on May 29, 1948; he predeceased her on June 20, 1998. Mrs. Breen is survived by her children Robert (Janet), Thomas (Karen), Kevin (Nancy), Elaine (David) Napolitano, Maureen Jablow and Theodore Jr.; her sister Eileen (John) Tobin; her brother Monsignor Joseph Meehan; 16 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; and many nieces and Nephews. She was predeceased by her brother Thomas. Visiting hours will be held (today) Tuesday from 5-9 PM with the funeral mass on Wednesday at 10:00 AM at St. Augustine's Church.
