Pasquale Julio (Pat) Beldotti March 25, 1934 - May 4, 2008 Pasquale Julio (Pat) Beldotti JR died on May 4, 2008 at his part-time residence in Hutchinson Island Florida. He was a resident of Millwood since 1970, and a native of Ossining. He was born on March 25, 1934. He served in the US Navy Seabees from 1955-1957. Pat was a graduate of Westchester Community College and Empire State College. He was an accomplished real estate developer, builder and entrepreneur. Following in his fathers' footsteps, he entered into the construction business at an early age. While working as construction project coordinator on the development of Penn Center in Philadelphia, he met his wife Joan Marie Druguet (deceased). They married on September 12, 1959 in Philadelphia and had three children, Patricia, Michael and Alexander. Pat was the founder and chairman of PJ Beldotti Management, a real estate construction, management and consulting firm in Ossining, N.Y. He had numerous professional and civic affiliations including Trustee of the Building and Realty Institute Westchester & The Mid-Hudson Region; member New Castle Tax Assessments Review Board; licensed real estate broker; member New York Society of Real Estate Appraisers and a certified member of the American Institute of Planners; Foundation Board member who established scholarships for SUNY-Empire State College students; American Legion Post 506; active member and trustee of St. Ann's Parish. Pat had a passion for travel. He traveled all over world; but Africa held a special place in his heart. He traveled there repeatedly and was a member of Mount Kenya Safari Club. His passion led him to sponsor many African athletes and lead them to the Olympic Games. He marched in the opening ceremony of the 2006 winter Olympics in Torino, Italy, with his grandson Ryan Faykes. He loved his faithful dogs Simba and Bandit. He had a passion for canoeing along the Croton River, skiing and especially creating masonry art. Pat is survived by his three children, Patricia Beldotti (Matt), Michael Beldotti (Yvonne) Alexander Beldotti (Paulette); his two grandchildren, Ryan Faykes and Sophia Beldotti; his siblings, Carolyn DiVico, Virginia Cianci and Anthony Beldotti; and several extended family members.
