Dorothy Clarke Patterson May 4, 1922 - September 30, 2007 Dorothy Clarke Patterson a former resident of Ossining and a resident of Sarasota, Florida passed away Sunday September 30, 2007 at her residence. Dorothy was born in Ossining on May 4, 1922 and was the daughter of the late William and Edith (Romaine) Clarke. Dorothy was raised in Ossining and graduated from St. Augustine's Parochial School. She married James J. Patterson on June 10, 1944 at St. Augustine's Church. James predeceased her on June 24, 1992. Dorothy is survived by her brother George Richard (Lee) Clarke; her nieces and nephews Dorothy Schwartz, Nancy Williamson, Suzanne Clarke, William J. DeAngelis, James DeAngelis, John DeAngelis, Donald Johnson, Michael Johnson, Matthew Clarke, and Andrew Clarke. She is also survived by many other relatives. Dorothy was predeceased by her sisters Margaret DeAngelis and Jean Johnson. Visiting hours will be held on Friday from 7-9 PM. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday at 10:00 AM at St. Augustine's Church. The interment will follow at St. Augustine's Cemetery.
