Ann McVeety August 27, 1933 - Sunday June 3, 2007 Ann McVeety - a long time resident of Ossining passed away Sunday June 3, 2007 at age 73. Ann was born in the Bronx on August 27, 1933. She was 73. Ann was raised in the Bronx and was a graduate of St. Vincent's Hospital School of Nursing in New York City; and a graduate of Pace University with a B.A. in nursing education. She spent many years with the Ossining Volunteer Ambulance Corps. as a paramedic. Ann is survived by her husband Henry, her children Linda, Susan, Joseph, Robert and Stephen, eight grandchildren, her brother and two sisters. Visiting hours will be held on Tuesday 7 - 9 pm and Wednesday 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 pm with the funeral mass on Thursday 10:00 am at St. Augustine's Church (941-0067) in Ossining.
