Charles W. Proscher April 15, 1927 - February 16, 2007 Charles W. Proscher a resident of Ossining passed away on Friday February 16, 2007. Charles was born in N.Y. City on April 15, 1927 and was the son of the late Charles and Augusta (Ochs) Proscher. He was 79. Charles was a Veteran of WW II in the Army Air Corp. He was a retired Forman with the N.Y. City Transit Authority and a member of Emmanuel Lutheran Church in Pleasantville. Charles is survived by his wife of 50 years Barbara (Stehle), his children Stephen (Deborah), Robert (Linda), Karen and Linda; his Sister Joan Wetzel; his grandchildren Michael and Alec. Visiting hours will be held on Monday from 7-9 PM and Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. The Funeral Services will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday at 11:30 AM. The interment will be private.
