Alicia was born in Montevideo, Uruguay on July 12, 1954 and was the daughter of Hugo A. and Myriam O. Rocha. She was 52. Alicia is survived by her children Jessica and Andrew to whom she was a devoted and loving mother. She is survived by her parents Hugo and Myriam, her sister Laura Nakazawa; 3 nieces and her brother in law. The family will receive friends at Alicia's residence on Saturday February 17, 2007 from 1-5 PM. There will be a celebration of her life at 3:30 PM that same day.
